Materials such as Zytel, glass-filled nylon, Rynite, Ryton, LCP, Delrin, PEEK, epoxies, elastomers, silicones, varnishes and other custom materials can be used for bobbin fabrication to meet specific design needs.

Every electric coil winding assembly undergoes rigorous testing, including hi-pot, resistance, inductance, leakage, impedance, surge testing  and other customized tests to meet your specifications.
